Lawn Maintenance After a landscape has been installed, it is important to maintain both the beauty and the value of the investment. To follow up on our installations and for those who would like to maintain existing landscapes, we offer a grounds maintenance program tailored to each individual customer to meet their needs and budget. Our grounds maintenance programs will help ensure that your landscape remains as beautiful and manicured as the day of its installation.

Our full grounds maintenance program includes:

• Maintaining a clean and tidy landscape
• Weekly lawn cutting
• Trimming and maintenance of garden plants and beds where required
• Upkeep of hedges and shrubs
• Clean up of walkway, patio and driveway areas of outside debris
• A spring clean-up including turning of soil in all garden beds, edging and clean-up of all garden beds where required
• A fall clean-up including the preparation of garden beds and plants for the winter and leaf and debris removal from walkways, patios and driveways

Understanding that the spring, summer and fall are times of transition in your landscape, we also offer a 4 visit maintenance program to clean up your grounds, bringing the best potential out of your existing landscape. This program offers the flexibility for you to maintain the regular aspects of your grounds maintenance while Hollander Landscaping Limited takes care of the grunt work of preparing your garden beds and lawn for the changing seasons.

Our 4 visit grounds maintenance program includes:

Spring (April)

• Spring clean-up of debris in beds and lawn
• Cutting back plants as required
• Edging, roughing up and topping off mulch in garden beds
• Fertilizing of garden plants and lawn

Summer (June)

• Edging, weeding and roughing up mulch in garden beds
• Pruning of shrubs and evergreens under 10’, where required
• Fertilizing of garden plants and lawn

Fall (late September)

• Edging, weeding and roughing up mulch in garden beds
• Pruning of shrubs and evergreens under 10’, where required
• Fertilizing of garden plants and lawn

Winter prep (November)

• Edging, weeding, pruning and winter preparation of garden beds
• Cutting back perennials, shrubs and evergreens under 10’
• Leaf and debris clean-up
